New GP contract comes into effect

A new GP contract was formally accepted by the profession on 18th January 2018. The agreement, jointly designed and agreed between the Scottish Government and the British Medical Association (BMA), and is anticipated to bring the biggest reform of GP services to Scotland in over a decade.
