Departure of Kerry Russell, NoSPG Associate Director of Regional Planning

Kerry Russell, North of Scotland Planning Group (NoSPG) departs the SRMC and passes Programme Management responsibilities to Martine Scott.

Kerry provided leadership for the SRMC project on behalf of the North of Scotland Planning Group (NHS Grampian, NHS Highland, NHS Orkney, NHS Shetland, NHS Tayside and NHS Western Isles).
