Your application does not therefore need to provide an exhaustive description of your experience, but a general overview. The Supporting Statement is perhaps the most important part, and we suggest that you review the information on our website, alongside the Job Description and the Person Specification when writing your supporting statement. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate, in their Supporting Statement and at Interview, how they apply the values of NHS Scotland and achieve the competencies detailed in the Person Specification in their day to day lives.
