This is about helping GPs to come and work in rural Scotland. This guidance is for GPs who speak to GPs who currently aren’t working in rural Scotland but are considering it. The opportunity to speak with a GP who is considering working in rural Scotland is valuable and so the purpose of this guidance is to help you make the most of the opportunity. We know from experience that your exploratory conversation is likely to be 45 to 90 minutes so it is important to ensure you both make the most of it. The questionnaire is for you to complete with the interested GP. You are having a conversation with the interested GP so the questionnaire is to help make the most of the conversation.
